ABOUT PROJECTFIRST SIGMA™

Problems first.
Methods second.

ProjectFirst Sigma™ was created around a simple belief: methods create value when they help people solve real problems, make better decisions and build capability that lasts beyond the engagement.

Why ProjectFirst Sigma

Capability should survive the course.

Traditional training often separates learning from execution. ProjectFirst Sigma takes the opposite approach: begin with the problem, identify the decision that must be made, learn the method when it becomes relevant, apply it immediately, and keep the thinking for the next challenge.

Learn what you need. Apply it immediately. Build judgment you can use again.
CORE PRINCIPLES

1

Project first
Begin with a real problem worth solving.
2

Right tool, right time
Use methods because the decision requires them.
3

Evidence over assumption
Separate plausible causes from validated causes.
4

Transfer capability
Leave people stronger for the next problem.
