JIT Six Sigma™
Build Black Belt capability by executing a real project and learning methods when the work requires them.
ProjectFirst Sigma™ was created around a simple belief: methods create value when they help people solve real problems, make better decisions and build capability that lasts beyond the engagement.
Traditional training often separates learning from execution. ProjectFirst Sigma takes the opposite approach: begin with the problem, identify the decision that must be made, learn the method when it becomes relevant, apply it immediately, and keep the thinking for the next challenge.
Anshu is an engineering and quality leader with more than 20 years of experience across medical devices, quality systems, design assurance, packaging engineering, regulated product development and operational improvement.
His work has included leading cross-functional teams, building quality and engineering systems, establishing practical KPIs, reducing recurring quality issues, improving process performance and translating statistical methods into decisions that teams can actually use.
He is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an Adjunct Professor at St. Cloud State University, where he teaches graduate-level courses including Quality Engineering, Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence.
ProjectFirst Sigma brings the same problem-first philosophy to training, Predictive Quality and consulting.

Predictive Quality
Connect quality and operational signals so organizations can identify emerging risk earlier and respond with stronger evidence.
Consulting & SOW
Take on focused quality, operational excellence and analytics initiatives with defined scope, outcomes and capability transfer.
The philosophy behind ProjectFirst Sigma comes from years of solving quality and operational problems where the answer was rarely a textbook tool by itself.
Whether the next step is coaching, Predictive Quality or a focused consulting engagement, the conversation begins with what you are trying to improve.
